He was born September 11, 1934 in Cuba to the late Ambrose Ball and Celeste Ball. He immigrated to the United States November 1958 to New York. Sibblis moved to Port Charlotte in 1990. He was an elder of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of North Port, Florida.
He is survived by his loving family, his wife of 60 years, Joyce M. Ball of Port Charlotte; Sons- Lincoln, Hugh Norton, Carlos, Justin, Robert and Richardo (deceased), Daughters- Nancy, Deborah, and Indira, Sister, Linda, brother, Lloyd, 23 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Sept. 13, 2018 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday 2:00 PM September 14, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1261 Rutledge St. North Port, FL 34288.
