My heart goes out to Scott and his family. We had a long distance romance while he was working for Mel Fisher in Key West and I was working and living in Sanibel. I always thought he was the one I let get away. A beautiful person inside and out. So shocked by his passing, especially at such a young age. Love and miss you dear Scott.

I discovered your obituary last night. I am still shocked. I have great memories of time spent with you. Meeting you first at the McDonalds in Fostoria, it was your smile that made the connection. Riding our bikes to Ban Buren State Park, mind over matter going home. The Stang on an old country road (flying). To many to mention. I wish your family love and condolences. You were very special to us all.

Talked to Scott while he was hospitalized and recovering from a diving accident; while we were both Petty Officers working in the Long Beach Naval Shipyard. Very glad to see he had a career doing what he loved. I remember Scott riding his Stingray bike to my house while we were only in grade-school. Rest-in-Peace

Rest in peace my friend. We had some good times growing up in Flechtner heights. I am thankful that you made it to the recent class reunion and we had some time to talk. I just wish we had more time. We will meet again my friend. Until then....

Where do I begin with all of the history we have shared since first grade? Just know that you are loved and will be missed. I'm thankful that I have lots of good memories and some keepsakes to fall back on to keep you alive in my mind. Also, I will treasure the several pieces of your mother's clothing that you shared with me after her passing. Now you meet with her, your father, sister and older brother and can feel the joy of that forever. You will always have a certain special place in my heart. Much love to you and your family...
