She was born October 6, 1916 in Swansea, Massachusetts and lived there
Until she moved to Port Charlotte 24 years ago. She was a retired high school
teacher and taught language arts at Case High School in Swansea for 38 years.
She was a member of the First Alliance Church of Port Charlotte and the Retired
Teachers Association of Massachusetts.
She is survived by her loving family, her husband of 59 years, Joseph
S. Papandrea, a daughter, Julia L. Papandrea, and a son, Joseph J. Papandrea, all
of Port Charlotte.
