My dear Auntie Lee and family, I am so sorry that I am just seeing this news for the first time today. I know we have not seen each other in many many years but please know that every passing day I always have you all in my prayers. Uncle John was such a amazing man, he played a critical role in my life, Loosing my dad at the age of 13, My dad his brother Edward, Uncle John never let a day pass by without talking to me, making sure I was doing the right thing, making sure I knew he was there for me. He would find me everyday when he would arrive at Michael Whalen for work nothing else just to pop his head n and ay hi, e would talk to me on the CB radio every night on his way home, never did he let a day pass by without telling me e loved e and make sure I behaved myself. I pray he rest in peace and I pray all your hearts heal. Love & miss you all Joey.

Uncle John, you were a wonderful man who did amazing things for people. I will always remember you as Santa for all the kids, all the fun had playing in your cedar closet on Katherine street with those molded wigs, the trips to lake Zorr, and all you did for my mom to make her life easier with her emphysema. Rest easy and enjoy all the loving company you are now in
