Bill Fochi and Family: I was stunned when I read in the Sun that Frances had passed away earlier this week. I had known her for about 8 years and I considered her a strong and elegant lady. She will be greatly missed by many, many people in this county for she always made a positive difference in her life. People who make a difference in their community are treasures. Frances was a treasure. I lost my wife, Margo, about 4 years ago in an auto accident. It took me two years to cope with life without her at my side. But, time heals major losses for those who continue to live life for we always have as our unshakable guidepost the great memories of those who have left behind after they made us better people. Bill, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and Frances’ sister and brother will all have forever the fond memories of Frances’ love for each of you. Such memories can never be taken away. I will be making a contribution to Sacred Heart Church in memory of Frances.

We loved Lorraine and will miss her greatly. She hung in there through terrible difficulties because she didn’t want to leave Bill, the love of her life. Lorraine was a gentle, sweet wonderful lady with a backbone of steel. God bless

Lorraine was one of the most kind and gentle women I've ever met. She was always so sweet and I'll never forget the nice gathering she and Bill had at their home for me a few years ago to meet their neighbors. She made the most delicious snacks and made me feel so welcome. I'm sure the angels carried her up to heaven and she will be up there waiting for everyone else. To Bill and your family I send a big hug. Keep her in your heart!

Faith is not about everything turning out OK; Faith is about being OK no matter how things turn out. I would rather live my life as if there is a God, and die to find out there isn't, than to live my life as if there isn't, and die to find out there is. Lorraine, you’ve definitely lived your life knowing there is a God, and have been a great inspiration to many. We’ll miss you here on earth, and look forward to the day we can join again anew. God Bless
