Friday, January 5, 2007 at Peace River Regional Medical Center, Port
Charlotte.
He was born June 8, 1914 in Bradford, Pennsylvania and moved to
Port Charlotte in 1976 from Buffalo, NY. He was a retired Chief Warrant
Officer, U.S. Army and civil service employee for the U.S. Government in Quality Assessment. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association. Edward was a
veteran of World II and the Korean War.
He is survived by a brother, Kenneth Hokenson of Sacramento, CA;
and several nieces and a nephew and several great nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his wife, Erma Hokenson who died in 2000.
