Born September 16, 1917 in Albany, New York, Cornelia, a mother, grand and great grandmother, moved to Port Charlotte in March 2005 from Duncansville, Pennsylvania. She was of Christian faith.
Survivors include two sons, Jack (wife-Patricia L.) Keith Palmer of Punta Gorda, FL, and James W. Palmer of Philadelphia, PA, daughter, Cornelia L. Gray of Hollidaysburg, PA, a sister, Gertrude Pappalau of Albany, NY, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Keith Palmer in 2003.
