Anna Marie DiPronio, 41, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Monday, May 21, 2018.

Anna was born February 23, 1977 in Calumet, Michigan and moved to Port Charlotte in 1996 from Connecticut. She was a registered nurse and a U.S. Navy veteran.

She is survived by her loving family, three daughters, Hannah Rose DiPronio, Natalie J. DiPronio, and Ella Mae DiPronio; a son, Gabriel A. DiPronio; and former husband, Angelo DiPronio, all of Port Charlotte; her mother, Mary Jo Granroth of Houghton, MI; a brother, Michael (Brita) Granroth; a step-brother, Dan Granroth; a sister, Jenny De Ycaza; step-sisters, Sharon (Jim) Rowe and Sandra (George) Bracco all of Michigan.

Memorial services will be held Sunday 2:00 PM, May 27, 2018 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel, 2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33948.

I remember on the long cold days that didn’t seem to end, I could always depend on her there making the best out of every boring job that we were made to do. Covered in paint or grim and having a blast. RIP shipmate you will be missed. My condolences to the family.

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of your mother, daughter and sister. One may wonder why someone so young had to pass away. But I hope looking into the Bible at revelation 21:4 will give you much comfort. Here God tells us that very soon he will do away with death and sickness from the Earth forever, and then he will resurrect Anna to perfect life here on Earth, surrounded by family and friends, which has always been God's purpose for mankind and the Earth.

I was stationed with Anna Marie. I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember her as a sweet and funny person. I will remember her always.

My condolences to Anna’s family and children. I had the pleasure of meeting Anna in the Navy and room with her. She was such a beautiful person with a heart of gold. So many laughs and good times. You always had such a beautiful smile. RIP my friend and until we meet again.

Anna and I had so many memories of laughter, fun and sadness together..once she touched u she is always with you! An amazing soul!

Anna was such a fun cousin to grow up with. She had a great sense of humor and we had lots of fun acting silly together when we were young. She grew up to be a beautiful, vibrant woman. She loved her children so much. She will be dearly missed.
