Gail, As a child, I can remember always feeling very "comfortable" being around your mom. And, as an adult, upon being with her that night in KPT, I remember thinking that even at her age, she still hadn't lost her a"cool". Mom and Dad were "taken" by her charms, too. They were so fond of your parents and always thought of them as being a whole lot of FUN. (And, I might add that the apple didn't fall far from the tree!). I like to picture the 4 of them partying on in heaven. Love ya, kiddo!

I loved Dot. She was a friend, a confident and a teacher. She reminded me of my own grandmother who relished life. When Helene and I visited her, she would always talk about her 3 precious children and grandchildren and all their accomplishments. She was so very, very proud of all of you. I wish all of you more love, more faith. Sandy

Miss you so much Mom. So proud of the life you led. You raised me to face every day with strength. You never tired of any of our lives. We all talked to you everyday. How will we fill those spaces? But you are joined in heaven with our Dad. And that is the best happiness. Love you

I'm sadden to know Dot has left this earth. She was a wonderful person, warm and inviting. When my husband and I join IYC in 2004 she was so welcoming. There was no age difference in our becoming friends. We would always greet each other at the Club and I never missed stopping to talk to her. When she moved to Southport, I had several lady friends who moved there. I would be so happy to stop and talk to her there. My sincere sympathy to the family. Dot was a wonderful women.
