Thomas Edward Wenck, 74, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte.

Tom was born August 8, 1943 to the late George Valentine and Dorothy Pauline (Stroud) Wenck. He and his wife Karen moved to Florida in 1978 from Elm Grove, West Virginia.  He was the owner of LedgerPlus Accounting Service in Port Charlotte and a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church for 29 years, where he had served as Treasurer and sang in the Choir. Tom had been a member of the Florida Christian Ashram for 19 years, the Emmaus Walk, and a member of the Rotary.

He is survived by his loving family, his wife of 55 years, Karen L Wenck of Port Charlotte; two sons, David (Vicki) Wenck of Wesley Chapel, FL and Thomas (Mary) Wenck of Frederick, MD; and three granddaughters, Kira, Sydney, and Claire Wenck.

Memorial services celebrating Tom’s life will be held Friday 2:00 PM, August 3, 2018 at the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church, 21075 Quesada Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Tom’s memory may be made to Port Charlotte United Methodist Chancel Choir.
