Sam and Pat Conti left a message on October 10, 2016:
What we remember about Pastor Fred is his smile. He always smiled, even in adverse situations. However, (and we were told this as we weren't there) our young son and his friend set off the fire extinguisher in the church basement. At that moment Pastor Fred did not smile. He also solved problems that occurred with that same sweet smile. Olive was very special to us all, as well. Every year we exchanged Christmas letters. He will be missed but at 100....wow!...he deserves his rewards, which will be many. Pat and Sam
