She was born December 19, 1925 in Baltimore, Maryland and moved from Pinehurst, North Carolina with her son to Punta Gorda, Florida in September of 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward W. Jaeger in January of 2015. She worked for the Telephone Company in Baltimore for 30 years and retired in 1986.
She is survived by her son, James F. Jones and daughter-in-law, Ann Jones of Punta Gorda, Florida, her nephews Thomas Daugherty and his wife Jean, and Francis Daugherty of Baltimore.
She will be laid to rest with her husband at a private graveside service at 3:00 PM Wed. on June 15, 2016 at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, Florida. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
