Martin Leo Hudock, 86, of Port Charlotte, Florida went to heaven Friday, May 12, 2017 at Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home, Port Charlotte.

Martin was born May 3, 1931 in West Newton, Pennsylvania to the late Frank and Gertrude Lux Hudock. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War and retired as a manager for McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Corp. Martin moved to Port Charlotte in 1991 from Torrance, California. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Punta Gorda. Martin was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He will be missed dearly by who loved and knew him.

He is survived by a son, Scott (Jeanne) Hudock; daughter in law, Anita Hudock; grandchildren, Joshua (Holly) Hudock, Andrew (Michelle) Hudock, Rachel (Kenneth) Snodgrass; great grandchildren, Kyla, Kellen, Zaiden and Claire Hudock; Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Hudock and his son, Jeffrey Martin Hudock.

Memorial services celebrating Martin’s life will be held Saturday 10:00 AM, May 20, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church of Punta Gorda, 4005 Palm Dr., Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 with military honors by a U.S. Air Force Honor Guard. Interment will follow in the Faith Lutheran Church memorial scattering garden.
