Margaret “Peggy” Zubrick Robison, 60, of Coal Center went to be with the Lord after battling cancer in Punta Gorda, Florida. She passed away peacefully Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the Tidewell Hospice House, Arcadia, Florida.
She was born November 16, 1956 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania to her parents, the late Joseph and Margaret (Cabo) Zubrick. She is now with the Lord, her parents and meeting her father-in-law, Clyde for the first time. Peg will be sadly missed by her husband and friends who are happy she has gone home and now has no pain.
Peggy graduated from Mon Valley Catholic High School and Douglas School of Business. She was a paralegal in Pittsburgh, a former Baptist church secretary, California Area school secretary and Macy’s associate. She loved bowling, karaoke, pool parties, hayrides, and her houses. She also loved her Steelers games at home, away bus trips, vacations in Cancun, her Yorkie Teacups, Ruby and Rosie, and most importantly her dear friends.
Peggy is survived by her loving family, her husband, Robert “Bob” C. Robison of Lover Lane, Coal Center; step children, Julie (Steve) Smith and children Austin, Nolan, and Lauren; Jason (Karen) Robison and children Lindsey and Marie; and Jennifer (Jason) Kuhlmann and children Matthew, Laura and Marc; brother, Joseph (Wendy) Zubrick and children Olivia, Chris, Warren and Oliver and sister, Jessica Newman and children Kyle, Tarin and Ethan. Also in-laws, Bev (Sam) Minor and Connie (Bob) Lusk and children.
Memorial services celebrating Peggy’s life will be held Saturday 10:00 AM, March 18, 2017 at the Grace United Methodist Church, 420 California Dr., Coal Center, PA 15423. Pastor Ken Custer will officiate. Everyone is invited to a luncheon at the church following the services. Please RSVP to graceumc@zoominternet.net by March 17, 2017 Noon.
