Linda Middleton Eader left a message on December 28, 2015:
Dear Aunt Margaret, Doug and I are in Michigan and we are so sorry we can't be at your celebration. We loved our visits with you so much over the past several years. You are the most gracious lady we've ever known. We will never forget your humor. You were always so much fun. We loved our political and religious discussions. I could listen to your stories about our family's history forever. You and Doug always teased each other a lot and I was never sure who had the last word. You told me one time you had a crush on Doug. He absolutely had a crush on you too and always told all our friends and family how much he likes you. We will miss you but at the same time are so happy to know you are safely in the arms of Jesus. You are celebrating with those you love already there!
Geraldine (Augst) Winsley, niece left a message on December 24, 2015:
I recall many happy memories of staying at Aunt Peg's home in Lansing during the summer. She'd invite us in for Sunday dinner and we'd drive in from the farm in Lake O'Dessa. She would make a casserole that she had never made before, but had seen the recipe in the Lansing State Journal. We're still making many of those dinners that she introduced us to. Aunt Peg taught me to experiment and try new things.
