Margaret was born September 12, 1921 in Holden, Louisiana. She was the founding member of South Biscayne Church in North Port, FL. Margaret was a wonderful and caring woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. She will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her 2 sons, Ronald H. (Kathleen) Buchanan of Hampton, VA and George Buchanan, Jr. of Sarasota, FL; 4 grandchildren, Deborah, Kim, Karen and Joshua and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 6:00PM-8:00PM, Wednesday, June 9, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM, Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at South Biscayne Church, 13000 S. Tamiami Trail North Port, FL 34287. Interment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte, FL.
