Leonora H. Pritchard-Gaherty, 100, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Harbour Health Care Center, Port Charlotte.

She was born April 20, 1917 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to South Port Square in Port Charlotte in 1991. Leonora known as “Tuddie” was a loving Mom and was a wonderful wife to two husbands who preceded her in death and finished life with a great companion.   She enjoyed the company of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her early years she was dance teacher and caterer for parties. In her later years she enjoyed many activities at South Port Square where she taught line dancing and was active in shuffle board. She enjoyed traveling and was a seamstress for many people at South Port Square.

Leonora is survived by her loving family; a daughter, Debbie (Terry) Sander; two sons, Gary (Marlene) Pritchard and Ronald (Jean) Pritchard all of Wisconsin; her companion and friend, Louis Windt; 8 grandchildren, Todd, Tracy, TJ, Tony, Jenny, Tania, Tina and Tyler; and 11 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial services by the family and inurnment at Valhalla Memorial Park, Milwaukee, WI will be held at a later date.
