Joyce E. Schilling, 76, of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at Tidewell Hospice Inc. in Port Charlotte, FL.
Joyce was born to Lewis and Dorothy Sutley on May 30, 1939 in Ohio. Joyce was a Jehovah Witness for many years at the Kingdom Hall in Punta Gorda. Her favorite verse was John 5:28-29 which she read frequently. She was a woman who enjoyed spending wonderful times with her husband and having memorable days with her friends. She had a special love for animals of all kinds. Joyce was a loving wife, sister and friend and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, James aka Fritz; their adopted son, Chris Schilling and her brother, Ralph (Judy) Sutley of Sarasota, FL.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date by the family.
