John was born to John and Lucy Lorbiefski on May 18, 1935 in Meriden, CT and moved to Port Charlotte in 1987 from Long Island, NY. John was the owner of Bellybusters Deli in Port Charlotte for many years. He enjoyed life to the fullest and spending time with his family and friends. He was a wonderful father, brother, grandfather, adopted grandfather and friend and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Survivors include his loving daughters, Joy Anna Lorbiefski and Joellyn (T.J.) Lorbiefski Queior both of Port Charlotte; a brother, James Lorbiefski of Myrtle Beach, SC; his granddaughter, Alexis Nichole Queior of Port Charlotte and his adopted grandchildren, Justin Williams and Christina Leone. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Johanna Lorbiefski.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date by the family.
