She moved to Port Charlotte in 1973 with her late husband Ralph A. McGraw from Madison, Wisconsin. Marie Marguerite Semerand, 92, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013.Marguerite was born on June 16, 1921 in Haiti. She eventually immigrated to the U.S., settling in Irvington, New Jersey, where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Babysitter.
